A Carolinas native, Regina has been proud to call Charlotte home for the past 19 years. She grew up not very far from the coast, in Florence, SC, and earned her college degree from Spartanburg Methodist College. The decision to move to Charlotte shortly thereafter proved to be a great one for Regina. Her love of the city shines through, the moment she begins to speak about “its big city excitement and small town feel.” You can’t help but feel the positive energy when Regina introduces her clients to all that has made her love to call Charlotte HOME!
Her professional life, of some 17 years, before real estate was in the insurance industry, working in both Life and Property & Casualty. She held various positions with The Hartford Insurance Company, from Underwriting to Quality Assurance. When Regina felt she had experienced enough of the “corporate” world, she looked to re-direct her energies to a field where interacting with clients and helping them achieve their dreams would be front and center – real estate was a natural fit.
Top-notch service and real results are her promises to her clients, with whom she forms genuine personal relationships based on mutual respect and trust. Not only does Regina enjoy helping people realize their home ownership dreams, she especially likes to see people become empowered through more knowledge, more engagement with their communities, more introspection and personal development. She is the first to admit that her career in real estate has been one of significant personal growth for herself, as an individual, a professional, and a member of the community.
Giving back to the community is very important to Regina. With special passion for helping youth, she conducts a variety of volunteer efforts to mentor young people and prepare them for responsible and rewarding adulthood. She also serves on the Fair and Affordable Housing Committee of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
